Shipping & Delivery:
At this time, Vietronix ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. International: Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Vietronix is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. Warranties Merchandises are 7 days right of return and 30 days warranty unless specified in description. Merchandises are functionally tested by Vietronix's technicians but limited to calibration and reconditioned. Calibration and reconditioned are subjected 90 days warranty, but sold separately. Merchandises are warranted 30 days in working condition. The warranty is limited to repair, replacement of parts or products in the determination of Vietronix. Credit or refund will be given if we can not repair or replacement of products. All reconditioned and calibrated merchandises are subjected 7 days right of return and 90 days warranted. Merchandises those are reconditioned calibrated and certified by Vietronix. Recondition and calibration are purchased separately. Extended warranties may be purchased for the most reconditioned and calibrated equipments. Purchases of reconditioned test equipment are warranted to be in good working order for the period covered. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of parts or equipment in the determination of Vietronix. Remove tamper tags will avoid your warranty. All return products will not be accepted if the tamper tags are removed, broken or tampered. We stand behind our products and if you feel necessary to remove our tags, please be sure to test the products first. All CD-ROM, Software and Manuals are subjected sold as is. No Refund by any mean Purchases all new equipments are exclusively covered by manufacture’s warranty. Return Policy To ensure prompt handling, all returns must be authorized. Please call or email us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Equipment incorrectly ordered may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Some special order merchandises may be non-returnable. Please mark the RMA number on the packing label, not the box, so that we can properly note the return in your account. New equipment returned for credit must be in unused condition, with all original packing material and accessories. New equipment being returned under warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer if more than 30 days have passed since the equipment was originally shipped to you. |
